Default Passing OBD1 emissions

On the occasion I am met with skepticism, not necessarily on here, that my 95 XJ with almost 300k miles and no cat passes CT emissions. This includes visual and exhaust gas analysis. The test results are with half a tank of 87 octane and 3 bottles of isopropyl alcohol added. A cat shell is used for the visual inspection.

The only upgrades to the JEEP is a hot air intake with a cone filter and 4 hole Ebay injectors. If the maximum values were lower in other states I could see how passing would be more difficult.

15 horsepower? So you're running a Craftsman Kohler engine?

I was only running 5hp but then the intake and injectors added 10hp. I would have had 12 more but I lost the sticker.
