Default Passenger window - NOT the regulator

Whats up guys? I did a search on the forum and couldn't find this fault. the plastic hose the conects the electric motor to the regulator broke. any idea to fix it?

my 99 did that yesterday,it was parked I looked at it and noticed my passenger window was down. I'm replacing the window reg. $112 most auto part stores

yeah, same thing to my 99....it was slow for a while, guess i should have greased it up...anyway RockAuto.com.... $83 delivered

I took a clear gasoline hose, cut it open all its length. Use it as a sleeve on the broken hose. put some notches on the hard plastic that has the gears. Safety wire the clear hose. It worked!!

Had the same problem with my rear DS window. Removed the assembly and rigged up some metal straps and ties to hold the tube in the correct position. It's a real ghetto fix but it works now. Also had to rig up some strapping to the door frame, looks like crap but works.
