Default passenger side windows

My front pass side window goes up and the rear goes down only I have to use jumper wires to reverse. The front isnt getting ground to the down side of the switch im guessing the rear is the opposite. Anyone have any ideas? 99 cherokee sport

Could be the main switch on the drivers door, I replaced 2 of them on 2 different Jeeps and it cured the problem. You can buy a cheep new one on Ebay, looks identical and works fine.
