Passenger side window slow rolling after new motor/reg
The original motor and regulator were very slow rolling up and the last 2 inches or so need a hand to close completely. Put a new motor and regulator in today and the window will roll up all the way but is extremely slow compared to my other windows . It's slow up and down.
Appreciate any help

Did you lubricate everything well? I've gotten slow operating windows to work good by lubricating the regulators arms and tracks with white lithium grease. I also spray the glass channels in the door with silicone spray.

I would pull the plug at the motor and check the voltage. Sounds like you may have bad wiring to it. If the regulator is new, it shouldn't need any additional lube.
