Default Passenger side Power window switch kapoot!

So, with the AC temporarily inoperable, the windows are put into play. However, the front passenger side switch won't perform from the passenger side; it will work from the drivers main control.
Is it time to replace the switch (s)? Looks like a PITA to get to, for me.

When its dim light look to see if the light on the switch itself on the passenger side comes on. Mine is the same way. The main on the drivers side still controls everything but the passenger side switch only works when it wants to. Possible a bad switch or the wires in the door jam for the switch are broken from opening and closing the door. Same happens with speakers wires too.

Look to see if the light is on first then if it's not, shake wires in the door jam to see if you can get a connection. If the light on the switch comes on then you have a broken wire somewhere or something shorting. If that's not it then I'd look at the switch itself.

Ok, that sounds like a plan! I'll check that today. Thanks for responding!
