Have a peculiar problem and was hoping for some direction on were troubleshoot next.

Problem is my passenger power window works intermittently. Doesn't appear to matter if you try it from the passenger side switch or the driver side switch. I pulled the driver door card and kick panel and checked all the wires and they all appear to be in good shape as does the passenger wiring. All other windows work just fine. I was thinking the motor could be not getting power or needs to be replaced but have yet to check with a voltage meter.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
