Default Passenger door speaker wiring help?

My 99 Cherokee has an aftermarket stereo and speakers hooked up. Three of the speakers work, but the passenger door speakers don't work.

The door itself was replaced last winter due to an accident, however, I imagine all of the guts were salvaged from the original door.

Here's my question: Where do the speaker wires go to from the passenger door? It appears they end up hooking to a harness above the fuse panel?

The car stereo wiring runs back under the rear seat, where originally a chrysler amplifier existed. The stereo was professionally installed, so that amplifier has been bypassed and the wires were cut and rehooked up.

The door speaker wire colors are light blue with black stripe and light blue with red stripe. I found those colors of wires back under the rear seat attached to the appropriate colored wires (green and violet) that run to the headunit.

I get electrical continuity from the head unit back to the old amplifier location. HOwever, I am not getting continuity from the speaker to the old amplifier location.

So I'm curious where the wires from the speaker run to, or what connectors to check, etc...

I just got the jeep, so I'm not sure how long that speaker has not worked. For all I know it may have never worked. I assume it did at one time though.
