This is probably a stupid question, but I'm new to replacing parts and installing parts on a Jeep(I've only done oil changes). I'm looking at RockAuto and what's the difference of parts that say with left hand drive or right hand drive. Like on radiator hoses, idler pulley etc....

The accessories may be mounted in a different place to clear the steering column on the right hand drive models so things like hoses and belts might be different lengths. Rockauto is very good about getting you the right parts as long as you tell them what you've got. After 53 orders, I've never gotten the wrong part. I got one defective part but that was the manufacturer's fault and Rockauto sent me a replacement overnight! Good people! The best thing about them is you have choices as to brands. One thing! Don't buy Powerstop! I bought a 4-wheel set of calipers and rotors and one caliper leaked fluid the moment it was pressurized and the drilled&slotted rotors warped.
