I have a 1995 V6 jeep cherokee that someone rigged with a rubber angle that is causing a vacuum leak because its the wrong size. Not sure exactly what to call it, but am attaching a photo and diagram to help. So far no shop is able to identify this for me. I am looking for a part number or where to purchase the component that connects the rear breather tube to the fixed PCV. It's the piece with the white zip tip on it. Any ideas?

The original part number is 53006229. Looks like it's been superseded with 53030726.

Both come with the Map sensor line too.
