Part ID question
Pulling an ECU out of a 1990 XJ today at a local yard, noticed a yellow 'box' hanging under the dash in the same area and was wondering what it was. Had a wire harness going to it, the box dimensions were probably 4 or 5 " by the same and about 1" thick. Had "AMC" on it.
What control box is this? TCU?
I can't tell you where it was originally mounted as it was just hanging.
