Default parking light problem

my drivers side front parking lights wont turn on neither sidemarker or the lower turnsignal light for parking lights.. both rear works and the left front both sidemarker and turnsignal one works.. hazard lights work on every light. turn signals work on every light.. bulb isnt burnt out either. didnt check the ground but figured i didnt have to because the turnsignal works for that side so it is grounded good. what could this be???

For some reason i was just looking at the fuse location on my 99 in the manual and in there happens to be a FUSE for the left parking light.....it was #7 a 10amp red fuse the only thing on that fuse...? ....not sure if yours has that but you may want to check it out
