painting receiver hitch?

got a receiver hitch and im either gonna paint it or use the duplicolor/rustoleum can-o-bedliner, which would you recommend? dont really want to paint it again for a good while so what would you use?
-also, what grit sandpaper would you use for each?

the back of the can will tell you what to sand it to. And i would just use paint. Remember prep is what will make it last. The spray can bed liner flakes.

figured as much....might just wait and get it line-xed when i get the lower part of the door done
