Default Painting over chrome

I found a set of chrome soft 8 looking rims for cheap they are pretty rusty as the owner described em im just looking for the best way to just spray bomper them. nothing permanent cause i can always go back and repaint them i just wanna know a way to atleast make paint stick on em decently for cheap

media blast indeed. paint does not stick to crome.

Well I was watching the whole power block thing yesterday and they showed how to paint chrome. Maby look into that. it was on horsepower tv. its like a 3 or 4 stage process.

I used to work in a chrome plating factory and we used a adhesion promoter.This was used to paint grilles and embems for many factory pieces.(plastic)
