Hey guys sanding down the 95 sick of looking at the peeling clear coat.
I am painting with Valspar satin black I think it is a flat black. I have air compressor and sprayer shipped, After sanding do I need primer and when I do paint hardner and thinner mix. Do I need clear coat also any help would be great.

you only need primer if you have sanded down to bare metal or have applied bondo/filler.
if you just sanded down a layer of paint, since you are going black, you won't need primer.
if you spray a clear coat, you won't have satin black anymore, it will be shiny.
