Paint Job Question
I am the proud owner of an 01' Limited XJ. I am interested in getting it back to A+ condition since there are not too many of them around (as opposed to Sport versions, etc).
The paint is pretty bad on it and it does have dings and dents...
- Passenger rear door dented
- Left front fender dented
- Left rear fender dented
Does anyone have any idea "ballpark" what it would cost me to get the dents removed along with a new paint job. I'm not looking for the best paint job ever, just something that will look great and get the Jeep back to it's former glory.
Any help or rough estimate would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Get some estimates from your local auto body shops and you'll know for sure. Could be anywhere from $1000 - $3000+ depending on how hungry the shop is and how good of work they do.

X2 but you can DIY if you think you have the skills. Body work is not hard and painting is just as easy if you ask me. DIY will cost less than $500 total and you get the sense of accomplishment of doing it yourself!! Ive seen amazing home garage paintjobs, Ive done a few myself. Check TCPGlobal.com for paint and autobodytoolmart.com for body repair stuff.
