paint job?
My uncle owns an autobody shop. He does awesome paint jobs and as a gift i get a free one, anything i want. There are alot of off-road trucks and jeeps were i live and i really want to stand out from the rest. i know some people are gonna be like, " it doesnt take a paintjob to make you stick out, it takes wheeling skills!" i Know this, i just want to have a gnarly paint job that makes me stick out. I was thinking about maybe orange with tiger stripes, or white with zebra stripes. idk. i wanted to see what you guys thought about that or if you had any suggestion?

Haha im sure that would look pretty sick, its not my taste..... you know animals.....lol. i would go for a flat color like charcoal or black or just a two tone, no clear coat, keep in mind that its just a waste to have knarly paint job then chip it while your on a trail, even though its free....

I like the orange tiger stripes. As for a paint job, I dont think there is one person on here that would turn down a free proffesional paint job. I say get all you can get out of your one free paint job.

If he's doing whatever kind of paint job you wanted you could get some spray on bedliner on the lower parts of the Jeep, than some kind of loud color on the top half. Sorta a functional two tone, lol. Then you could wheel most places and it would pop out on the street too. Plus it just looks tough IMO, haha.

I would just paint it orange and forget about tiger stripes.
Personally I like the color on this VW.
Some nice pinstriping could potentially look really nice on an XJ if done correctly.
