Just go to any automotive paint supply store and ask for flat olive drab paint. Most stores should be able to order some in for you.
If you want to try and get some extra credit in your end-of-the-year car show, try and find some polyurethane paint. It's about 15-20% more expensive than standard urethane paint, but you could tie it in with the fact that your Jeep is for offroading and polyurethane paint is designed to withstand lots of tough abuse (They use it on planes and semi-trucks). Might help in winning the scholarship.

Our local Wal-Mart AND our True Value hardware both stock quarts of OD flat paint.
Make sure you're asking someone who knows at the store. They should be able to help.

Try NAPA or hit the yellow pages for any auto body supply shop.
Just an opinion, but I usually stick with the NAPA stuff, DuPont or PPG.
