P0304 misfire

Engine: 4.0
P0304 misfire
I am receiving CEL P0304 engine Misfire Cylinder 4
Current mileage is aprox 259000
Cylinder 4 compression is 125lbs
Plug gap is .035
I replaced the #4 injector, as the old one had a crack in the plastic molding. I was concerned I was incurring heat soak.
Plugs,cap,rotor, and wires have 10,000 miles on them.
Any ideas as to what my next step should be? As might be expected it is running a little rough. Not terribly bad, but not right.

Possible causes...
Faulty spark plug 4, Clogged or faulty fuel injector 4, Faulty ignition coil 4, Fuel injector 4, harness is open or shorted Fuel injector 4, circuit poor electrical connection Ignition coil 4, harness is open or shorted Ignition coil 4, circuit poor electrical connection Insufficient cylinder 4, compression Incorrect fuel pressure, Intake air leak.
