overheating problem

overheating problem
ok, rebuilt my 96 xj a few months ago and ever since it overheats pretty bad. I replaced the water pump, thermostat, and all the fluid but still overheats. Any ideas? I've thought the radiator/condencer. Any advice is appreciated
