Overhead Console Wire Question
Still trying to get the overhead console to power up. Down to 3 wires and not sure where I should connect them too.
Blue
Orange w/ black stripe
White w/ black stripe
After all my research I think I might have it figured out.
White w/ black stripe is suppose to connect to the chime...(what is this chime and does it need to be connected)
Blue wire is the dimmer wire. (would this connect to my headlight switch? Does it need to be connected? Can I hook it up to a 12v power wire or acc wire?)
Orange w/ black stripe is suppose to be the illumination wire. (where would I connect this too? 12v power or acc?)
I've been trying to figure this out for awhile Please for the love of XJs someone help me out here. I don't want to blow the unit by hooking them up the wrong way. Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Check out this link. Its the wiring diagram for a '91, but the colors *may* match that of the '90.

Looks Like (depending on where you are tracing your wires from):
Blue = Dimmer (+12V with lights on: No need to connect if you don't care to dim the display at night.)
Or/BK = Power for Accessory Lights (I think this is an ACC circuit, Pink should be hot at all times....)
Wt/Bk = Switched (Ignition) Power (Black w/White Stripe is shown as connecting to the door chime....)
