Hi, I am trying to install a 97 overhead console in to my 2000 XJ using the 97 wires. I am looking for a wire diagram for both the 97 and 2000 to help me out. I already attempted to swap the wires from the three plug to the 2 plug 2000 by color. As it sits now map lights work fine but the led digital display does not. I think my led compass thing may just not work... but I have no idea how to find out.... Is there a way to "bench test it" or does anyone have a wiring diagram for both years that I can use to try and figure this out.. Thanks !

 

FSM's for both years would be the best way for the wiring, as for testing I have no idea.
