Tonight while 4wheeling in my 2000 jeep sport it started to over heated. The Po installed a toggle switch so I can turn on the Ac elec fan for some reason anyways can I move this fan so I can use to keep my jeep cool and not over heat on me? If not I'll have to put a elec fan in it maybe from a TTarus

Sounds like the PO did a band-aid instead of cooling system maintenance. There r several components/links in the cooling system chain. Don't guess, make sure all the links in the chain r good. A huge fan won't compensate for a plugged rad/neglected cooling system.

Cooling system maintenance is a very good investment. Especially your 2000 which more than likely has the 0331 head linked to its tendenndy to crack. So, overheating is really something you want to prevent.
Like djb suggested, go over your cooling system, cheak for leaks and levels, flush it, check hoses, waterpump leaking?, viscous fan clutch up to scratch? When was the last time your thermostat or radiator cap has been replaced etc etc.
You had an overheat, so work to be done.
