Default Over heating need help. I've been over heating the last couple months

I've been over heating a lot lately and it all seems to have started when I thought my head gasket went out. I just tore my jeep apart and my gasket was fully intact but a little crispy. Even though one day while going did the highway I suddenly noticed a huge cloud of white smoke trailing behind me. I recently replaced my tstat and my over flow is constantly full and boiling over. What do you all think could be happening because I am stumped.

Yep, the radiator cap. Might just replace, not all that expensive.

Even have new one tested before leaving store.
