Default Opinion Needed: Cracked 0331 Head?

Hi Everyone,

I recently (May) purchased a 2000 XJ with 94,000 miles on it. Over the past few months I've mostly had the Jeep apart and been fixing a bunch of annoying issues...leaking evaporator core, heater core, fuel pump, new brakes (including the ZJ rear disc conversion), factory cruise control and overhead console, minor rust repair, etc.

Anyway, I just recently started driving the Jeep everyday, and have noticed that my coolant level has been dropping, and that my oil pressure at operating temp is low (~11 - 12 PSI at idle). Today I popped the oil filer cap and took the pictures below. I know what you are all are going to say, but I want a second opinion.

Thank you all for your help! I really enjoy reading all of the posts and information on the forum!

Thanks Willys55. With my low oil pressure, is it safe to assume that my bearings are toast?

So here is my situation, I just moved from Philadelphia to Boston, where I no longer have a garage or workspace. Should I assume that the engine is toast and run the Jeep until it completely dies, or should I take the car off the road now with the hope of being able to replace the head (and not the bottom end)? What do you guys think?

can't you pressure test it to verify it is cracked? also do an oil analysis to see if it has antifreeze in it? I must admit the pics don't look good
