open plug under dash? help please

Ive done searches but cant find anything on this plug under my dash I've even looked through all data. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

It is most likely for an option you don't have. I would reroute that wire that is running behind the brake pedal.

I plan on rerouting it the previous owner did a hack job of electrical "repair" under there and am still trying to fix everything he did to it :/ but thank you if anyone else knows exactly what it is that would be awesome to know even if I don't have the option
