I think this broken plastic line goes to the charcoal canister, but I'm not sure. Running fine without it. Is this important/should I worry about trying to fix it?

Runs fine?

Couldn't have been that important.

Enjoy your crazy high-idle at start sometimes and poor mileage due to un-metered air entering the motor.

Go get some "Heat Shrink" tubing and fix the broken line. Your engine will thank you.

Yea, you never want a vacuum leak into the manifold. That may provide vacuum for the egr valve, or that heated air intake deal on the air cleaner. (or both).

I think the evap canister just has I large line to the air inlet tube off the air cleaner, uses no manifold vacuum. Anyway cap/plug that if it's not already sealed. (or hook it up right!)

Where does the rear line on your valve cover, off your CCV "valve" go? My 90 is different, but it plugs in around there. (is does belong on the manifold somewhere)
