I did all you did, and more.

First head was cracked, replaced it with a lower -mileage used one.

Blew out the rear head freeze plug 3 times.

Rebuilt the block and head, still ran hot. Head was Magnafluxed.

Pulled that head off and replaced it with a 3rd (rebuilt) one.

That cured it.

So your head is probably cracked internally where it can't be found, like mine was.

I'd still take that fail safe outta there.

If the fan clutch hasn't been replaced it probably needs to be. That fluid stuff in them goes bad after so long. And far as I can tell there is no definitive test to tell for sure if its bad.

Also its a possibility that that two core radiator isn't cooling as well as a stock one.

Any details when running 200 vs 230? Both temps verified? Ambient temp, driving conditions, 230 at idle/hi-way speeds, etc.?

Duration increases proability of running hot

If I drive for more than 15 minutes I'm ppretty much guaranteed to run hot.

I'd say try a stock radiator. Go pull the cleanest looking Ind from a junkyard or use you old one of it done leak clean it out real good and see if that helps.
