Good to know.. Now i just need to find a place to mount the new gauge. I am thinking in the dash behind the turn signal switch.

When I took the old sensor I let the few drops of oil in it drain out and put it back in after testing things with the mechanical gauge. Today was the first day I have had to really drive it and the oil pressure gauge is working normal again. hopefully it was just a bit of gunk in the sensor. If not I will be throwing the new mechanical gauge in.
