oil pressure
my oil pressure is all over the place when im not moving it runs like 60 but movings its between 0 and 40 and jumping around. any ideas? no oil leaks that ive noticed other than leaking oil filter adapter

60 PSI is fine for your oil pressure, a little better than good actually so, I'd say your oild pump and pressure is fine. It shouldn't be jumping between 0-40 when the XJ is moving. Sounds like you may have a weak sending unit or gauge.
