Default oil pressure

So when I start her up cold have over 40 psi pressure then driving stays at 40 but when hot and idle will drop to like 20 or slightly under then quickly pick up when I touch the throttle. Is this normal have only 57k mile son her and just had the oil changed.

Just bought her so unsure of what is normal.

Thanks guys

20-30 at idle and anything close to 40 at hwy. speed is A-OK.

mine goes up to 60-80 at acceleration, at that pressure all my seal should be leaking. I am sure my sender is going bad. Thoughts?

the Manuel says about 13 to 15 pounds at idle is OK and you should have 40 while at speed

Its sounds fine. When the oil warms up with the engine the pressure will go down compared to when cold.
They Call Me Cowboy: Sounds like you have a bit of a problem going on...
