Default Oil Leak Mystery

I've got a 95, 96 and an 89 Cherokee, all 6 cylinders. The 95 is my daily driver, and the only one that continues to leak oil. I've changed the valve cover gasket, I replaced the little o-rings on the bolt that holds the oil filter on the block(really big P.I.A), and i just changed the oil, filter, and the pressure sending unit. Oil Continues to leak...I've done this same set of tweaks to the other two, and they are just fine, no leaks at all. I've also got really bad blow-back on the 95. So I'm wondering...

Is there anyway to actually stop the blow back, not just collect it?
Where else is the oil leaking/coming from?

Any help would be MUCH appreciated. Thanks.
