Default Oil leak!

I just put a reman motor in my 2000 Jeep xj right from the get go it was leaking oil by the rear main seal.... soooooo of course I replace the rms and replace the oil pan seal still leaks it’s leaking right by the starter on the passenger side I know I know it’s the lowest point and everything goes down there but it’s not the valve cover gasket I’ve felt it a million times it’s not the oil filter housing since obviously it’s not wet or is it wet looking down on the motor from the top any ideas???

Any way of doing that without pulling the motor?

did you happen to notice when replacing the old rms.... did it put a groove into the shaft at all? That could cause it to leak again with the new seal.

Did you have to replace the oil filter adapter on the new engine?
