OBD II protocols? interested in a bluetooth OBDII adapter.....99 cherokee sport

anyone know of the OBDII protocols for the Cherokee Sport 1999??????
finding it hard to get this info......i'm looking to use it w/ an App on my phone called "Torque".
also, if anyone has used one of these gadgets paired w/ an android phone, let me know.

If you read the reveiws of these products you'll see that the good out weighs the bad. But you have to spend the dollars and get the better made products. Don't buy the 20 dollar cheap overseas brand because you'll get what you paid for.
I'm on the fence with the "torque" program. To get that, then the "bluetooth" device..... a little more and I can get a regukar code scanner that won't depend on a certian type of phone, and airwaves. For a few more dollars get a scanner.
