Default OBD II PCM Gray Harness Connector Issue

Mice chewed the all wires on the gray PCM harness connector all the way through (and others). I have bought 2 new ones with pigtails. The problem is that both of those have 20 wires coming off and mine has 22 (counted on the harness and at the harness). Mine is a 98 with the ax15 and those 2 were both aw4's, a 97 and a 98. The wiring diagrams and pin readouts I have found/seen for the gray connector only list 20 wires coming off.
Any ideas? Right now I plan to get the tool and add a couple wires and make it work, but I would like to know why and what the differences are. Maybe I have not found the correct pin readouts?

Edit: also, there are 2 green/orange wires in the harness. I am not looking at the readout right now but they are for two separate functions (evap and generator or something). One in the first row and one in the second row? Any tips on tracking which goes where? Do they line up in the harness relatively close to where they are on the connector?

Here's a '99 C3 pinout. See if the wires match up.

Here's the '97 PCM C3 pinout. I don't have '98 wiring diagrams.

Awesome. Thanks. I hadn't seen the 99 readout.
I will probably be able to piece a harness together. Maybe cannibalize one of the extra harnesses.

99 matches up for the most part. A couple color differences from what I have found. That explains why the 97 connector doesn't match up. Also, in case some one searches this, the service manual says to remove the wires from the connector, push the two blue tabs on the connector. Searching various forums, I found someone who said the push the single blue one. This guy was right. To unlock the wires for removal push the single blue tab. Push the two blue tabs on the other side to lock them back. Also, special tool 6934 works great. I got 20 wires switched over in a little less than an hour. I will try to put this into a build thread if I can get around to starting the thread. Haha
