I just got a new Bosch downstream from Amazon

Amazon.com: Bosch 13138 Oxygen Sensor, OE Type Fitment: Automotive Amazon.com: Bosch 13138 Oxygen Sensor, OE Type Fitment: Automotive

I was ordering some other stuff (muffler, cat, plug wires etc) at the same time so it may not have been the absolute lowest price, but I'm pretty sure I checked around rockauto and some others and it was very similar if not the lowest (factoring in shipping etc).

Haven't been able to run MPG numbers yet, but I suspect it is not going to help a whole lot.

Fuse is good...didn't expect it to be bad since all the other components tied to that circuit were working fine.

I'll see about pulling off the sensors tomorrow and running them through the multi-meter and cleaning if they show the correct voltages.

I always clean mine on every used car and it works great. I use brake clean think about it your cleaning carbon build up from the part that is inside the pipe. Electrical cleaner will have no effect

Well, I pulled the O2 sensors out and cleaned them up. There was no visible soot on them at all. I did find some good news though, when I installed them last time I clipped the wires AFTER the connector. So at least for the upstream sensor I can buy one with the connector and make my life easier!

Stupid naive younger me makes a good mistake for a change!
