Multi-meter handy? Grab a ground point with one lead and then probe the other leads of the frame wiring for the sensors at their connectors. One of the hot wires is grounded. That will at least isolate which wire to chase down.

Just some new info to add to this thread since I haven't figured out the issue yet.
I got my codes checked and there were a bunch, they all seem like something in the same system...

P0132 O2 Circuit high voltage (bank 1 sensor 1)
P0135 O2 Heater Circuit (bank 1, sensor 1)
P0138 O2 Circuit high voltage (bank 1, sensor 2)
P0743 Torque Converter Clutch solenoid circuit electrical
P0740 Torque Converter Clutch solenoid circuit
P0122 TPS Sensor circuit low input

Also sometimes my speedometer kicks to 100+ MPH then goes back, maybe bad grounding somewhere?

Big WTF. I replaced the 15 amp fuse 5 years ago, almost to the day and i'm having this issue again. Yesterday it starts chugging with the CEL on at Walmart, sure enough the 15 amp fuse is blown for the heated o2 sensor. I never "fixed" this issue BTW, I replaced about 3 15 amp fuses and it went away on its own for 5 DAMN YEARS AND NOW ITS BACK!!! LOL
