Default NSS nut/bolt question...

Was just getting ready to take my NSS off and clean it. Crawled under the Jeep to have a look and noticed I am missing the larger nut.

The one in question is highlighted with the red box

Any idea what size it is? Or is my best bet the junk yard? Also the lock washer is gone.

Thanks in advance

Marty

That's a specialty nut that is only partially threaded and has a relief to go over a bump on the housing of the NSS. Chances are you are going to have to hit up the Junkyard to get one.

Figures its a specialty nut lol, my luck

Second question, does anyone know what size wrench it takes? or would anyone be willing to crawl under their jeep and check for me just so I can be prepared when I go to the salvage yard

I'm 90% sure it's 7/8ths.
