Ok so went mudding and got some everywhere. My Alternator went out, figured it was related to the mud and let it be. Went to JY and got another alternator and the jeep still won't charge. I've checked fuses, wires, etc, everything is good.

Any idea's?

The alternator has two small terminals and one large on correct?
Connect a voltmeter to the two small terminals and check for voltage there.
If none, work back looking for brokene wire,
If voltage, check the two 60 amp fuses.

Will do voltage test tomorrow. I only have one 60 amp fuse under the hood and it is good.

Nah it charges fine via the jump box and holds it as long as it's not running. Battery is definitely good.
