noises when i accelerate

noises when i accelerate
when i start my jeep i get w whinning noise that wasnt there before. i figured it was from getting it all muddy. but i washed it off. sprayed some wd40 in all my pulleys. and i have no idea what it is. it doesnt sound like the belt. but something comin from around where my fuel rail is. any ideas?
