noise when I'm braking

I just got new tires put on and there is a noise when I brake at medium speeds til I stop. It sounds like something slapping something every tire rotation. Any ideas what it is or any help suggestions??

Check lug torque NOW!! Could be a wheel coming loose. Very dangerous situation, if its not that then the backing plate may be bent.
