When I turn on my 1990 Laredo 4.0 I don't see any cel. Bulb, fuse or something else possible. How hard to get to that bulb?

 

I have a 1990 also, and they have no cel, They are pre obd1.
They run a remix system. I have heard that some 90,s had obd1, but obviously not mine or yours.

 

ive got an 86 and there is a part on the dash that says check engine with a (new) bulb behind it, but i to have never seen that thing light up once in the 8 yrs ive had it. i once heard it came on when emissions timer was due, but i dont have one of those either so....?

 

Your 90 is a Renix, there are no CELs or Codes.
