Default No Start During Inspection Help!

So a few months back i bought a 1994 Jeep Cherokee 2 door 5 speed for $800 from my work. Since i bought it I had fabricated new floors into it to pass inspection. The day I get a plate and go to drive it to my work for safety it wouldn't start. that same day my dad houdini opened the distributor cap cleaned off some corrosion and magically made it start. So i bring it to my work and leave it there over night. At the end of the day I moved it to a better spot seemed to have started up fine and now It's been stuck there ever since the mechanic went to start it up, it would just turn over. The mechanics are telling me to scrap it but i have to much put into it to not see results. I love my jeep and hope someone here can help me diagnose the problem. I got codes 11 and 33 from my jeep and there is no spark even reaching the distributor or coil and I have tried everything i could think and ran every test I'm guessing my only luck is to replace the crankshaft position sensor and reverse wire the remote start the previous owner had. I'm just starting from the basics any advice is more than welcome thanks!!

With a Code 11:
11 - No crank signal to computer. Fault in wiring between crankshaft position sensor (CPS) and ECM ( PCM or computer ) or faulty CPS

I would start there. Check all wiring, plugs and related. Replace if no wiring faults found.

Code 33 is your Air Condition.
33 - Air conditioning clutch relay. Wiring to A/C clutch fault.

Again, check all wiring and plugs.

Hey thanks for the inspiration, honestly had no where to turn when i got this problem but the cps did it. It was a ***** to get to but as soon as I replaced it, it fired right up now i can go for safety and hope to use this site a lot more for its reliability. only thing that was weird is it started smoking at the cps a bit after it started not sure what it was but it stopped. the vacuum line was also unplugged to so runs like a champ now

You kept the harness away from the exhaust didn't you? If not you'll soon be buying a new CPS.
