No start?

No start?
I have a 89 Cherokee I just bought and it was starting and running fine. I goto Start it this morning and it cranks and runs for a few minutes reap ruff. Now it won't start or crank or have any ignition. The battery is new and has 13v. Any ideas were to start to look? Also were would be the ignition fuses
