Wipers don't work. I found that if I put power to the lower terminal of the 30A breaker in the interior fuse block the wipers work. Now I'm trying to chase the power supply back from the breaker but struggling. I think the pic is trying to show where i need power (white wire) and the relay that clicks when i put power to the other side of the breaker.
