No power at TCU fuse

Default No power at TCU fuse
Transmission no shifting. I found I have no power at fuse. Any idesa?

Which Fuse the one in the Junction Block F11 20A or the one in the Power Distribution Center F16 15A.

It's the fuse box under the driver side dash. Fuse number 13.
