I have an 88 xj with 4.0l 4x4 I have power on the dark green wire coming from ign switch when in the start position, no power on the other dk green wire to starter, orange w/ black wire shows ground black w/ white has neither nss is bypassed. tried new starter relay same problem
, no clicks when turning key to start. brand new battery and brand new cable ends on battery wires

 

ps solenoid and starter tested good at part store. and if I jump the small wire to the constant, jeep starts
