no power to heater/stereo/clock

i have a 89 xj and the power to my heater, stereo, and clock just stopped working ive checked the fuses and they are fine. is there i circuit breaker that connects all of them? if so where is it located.

Well, he posted that 9 years ago, and hasn't posted since, so I'm betting he's not going to respond to you. 
I have a diagram for an 88. I don't see any commonality with those components.
Let's cover the basics first:
How did you check the fuses? Visually? Or with a test light or meter?
Did you check all relays and fuses in the PDC?
