No power to the fuel pump
have you checked if 87 is powered for a couple seconds yet? (as mentioned earlier by disconnecting neg.)
If not, there is a fusible link that may be blown.

Is there even one of those? If so where?
And yeah. I tried getting 87 to flash by disconnecting the neg bat cable and reattaching it. Got nothing.
ok...I just got done re-testing the socket. I hooked a wire from 30 to 87 and turned on the ign. I went to the tank and heard the pump. However still no fuel coming to the rail.
and yes there is gas in the tank.

well the wires appear to be in the stock position. There is only one way it can be plugged in. Pump comes on with 30 and 87 bridged.
I just got back in I pulled all the hoses as well as the filter off plugged the fuel pump back to the harness bridged the 30 and 87 terminal turned the key on ran back under the rear. Fuel pump was on and running no fuel being pumped out though.
I wonder....how full does the tank have to be for the fuel pump to be able to prime. Right now there is at least 1/4 tank according to the gauge.
Maybe having the rear still jacked up is messing with it?
My brain hurts.

re-read (or read more thoroughly) and you wouldnt have to ask.
Punctuation added for clarity.

Internet crapped out lastnight. It started getting dark out so I called it a night. Will have more time to try to work on it Saturday. Will pick up some new relays and more fuel and see what happens.
Today I decided to add more gas, lower the rear so it is flat on the ground, bridge 30 and 87 to get the fuel pump to come on.
The result. Same as before. I can hear the pump come on and buzz but no fuel comes to the rail.
I also tested to see if I could get the test light to come on when grounded and connected to 87. (as mentioned before by connecting neg bat cable) The light never came on in that situation. If a fusible link is blown what one and where can I find it?
I know what a fuse is and I know what the relays are. I have heard the term fusible link before but not sure exactly what it is.
Getting so fed up with this thing I am about to have it taken to a
