'96 Cherokee 4.0L, 4wd, Auto

ASD relay seems to work, clicks
NEW Wells CPS
NEW Distributor, everything
Fuel @ rail and won't fire on starting fluid
New spark plugs, good wires
Swapped on coil o/o my '91 Cherokee, '91 worked in '91, '96 works in '91 also
No tach signal at all, no movement on tach in dash
NEW Battery, cranks over like an SOB
NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT even just turning on ignition
When you turn on the ignition switch there is no power to coil @ either "socket" ALSO none when cranking

That's all I can think of right now, this is the first rig I thinkm is going to beat me and go to the shop! !@#$%^&*(()_+
