no oil pressure(according to gauge)

Default no oil pressure(according to gauge)

when idling it reads zero but after like 3k if i ever it it shows a little movement i would find it impossible for that to be true so what should I do

Chances are it's not true, since if you had 0psi you'd know about it quick. My guess is that the sending unit, by the filter, is bad or the contacts are gunked up. You could try unhooking it and cleaning the contacts, and if that doesn't work, then just replace the sender.

X2 on that check the sending unit. If you had no oil pressure you would know trust me.
